Good Manners Class 6 Weeks £70

Our Good Manners Class is geared for YOU the pet dog owner. For 6 weeks, you get individual attention, working in 'real life' situations and environments. Your dog will learn to walk on lead, come when called, socialize with other dogs, to name a few. On top of the basics of sit, down & stay, you will perfect his/her skills at sitting politely for strangers/guests, Leave-It, tricks and even some agility for fun.
Why choose our class?
For starters, most classes have more than 15 dogs for you to compete with for attention and help. This means little to no individual attention. Many classes are geared for competition obedience and are very formal, meaning you teach your dog ALOT about 'Heel' and 'Stay, but not alot about real life situations on how to greet others, or coming when called amidst distracting environments.
You may be ignored in a very large class because there are too many dogs for the trainer to deal with. This means you get the exercises, but not the help when you need it, if any help at all.
Big classes = a high drop out rate due to not enough time spent with each client and their dog to help problem solve trouble behaviours.

In Ultimutt DogZone's classes, we only have 3-4 dogs per class. This means you are getting individual structured training geared towards your needs, and that of your dog. You won't be ignored, and we structure the class around the needs of our clients. We teach you a variety of 'real life' skills, plus address problem behaviours. We make our classes fun, not too 'formal' and teach you how to speak 'dog' so you can understand your canine partner. Our class is open to all dogs from the age of 8 weeks. This teaches a young pup how to behave around older dogs, and teaches the older ones to tolerate a young pups antics, whilst still teaching those all important social skills.Your dog will learn to be a well balanced adult dog, regardless of his/her age. We can work with your dogs fears/anxieties with the support of your peers and well educated trainers. Still need more info to convince you? Feel free to contact us to find out if our class is right for your puppy/dog.

Problem Behaviour sessions are structured for you to get the most out out of the training porgramme, and for us to be able to come up with a detailed plan for you to follow.
A 2 hour observation appointment is required in which we will observe how your dog behaves currently with you and your family. We will ask questions to get a detailed background & case history on your dog and find out what you have tried to improve the behaviour so far. This gives us valuable feedback and information to help us develop a plan that will work for you.
Next we schedule a 2-3 hour training session to put the programme into place and make sure you are able to execute the exercises. We will walk you through the entire process and are available at any time for telephone or email support.
At the training session we schedule a 1 hour follow up to take place 3 weeks later to re-assess your situation, see what progress has been made, and make alterations as necessary to the programme.
