I have tried several groomers who have failed to groom my cocker, Baxter, as well as the staff here. I'll admit it is quite a journey for me to travel but after reading the reviews and contacting Nick & Heather they haven't let me down! The salon is clean and they give excellent advice on training & keeping his coat into condition. Baxter was so calm and relaxed when I picked him up, not stressed at all and didn't want to leave. I will definately be coming back and recommending their service to others!

Love the service from here. Bruno enjoys his time here & he clearly loves Heather & Nick. He smells & looks gorgeous every time. He even does his show off sexy wiggle when we pick him up after his groom! Professional, friendly & they know exactly what they're doing -unlike other groomers in the area. It's doubtful that we'll be taking Bruno anywhere else.

Very happy and impressed with my dog Scrappy's groom, the place was very easy to find everyone was very friendly , scrappy came back smelling very nice they even stuck a little blue ribbon thing to his collar which was a nice touch,
will defo be using them again ! |

I am so pleased with the cut on Sparkle. After a really bad cut from a previous groomer, she now looks like a true Schnauzer. Thanks so much for taking such good care of my little lady.  |

Both dogs looked brilliant after grooming - best cuts so far (and we have tried numerous other groomers).
Excellent, informative dog training classes with plenty of helpful tips and advice.

 Absolutely fantastic! Have been to multiple classes and used the salon with my doggies and they love it! I constantly get compliments when I take my dogs to friends houses and out in public because they are so well behaved - this wouldn't be the case without Heather's great teaching. | Harry loves being groomed by you he always smells lovely and looks great although I think he enjoys your walks more, you always have lots of good advice for me whether it's his food or grooming. Looking forward to starting classes on Friday. |

The salon is great, I'm so pleased with they way my little westie has been groomed and cared for at Ultimutt DogZone. They not only trim and bath but they give advice too, which I'm always grateful for, it shows they care. I would (and do)recommend their training classes, which I found invaluable. Thanks Heather and Nick.  |

| Nice salon, with staff that treat the dogs with compassion and who know their stuff. Helpful, always willing to give advice and the training classes are great. Would recommend to all doggy people and the new dog food products seem wholesome, very natural and reasonably priced. |

My Billy smelled lovely when we picked him up and you trimmed him exaclty how I wanted- I loved the fact that we could see where the dogs were being groomed and that the salon was clean and didn't smell like dog!
I will definately be returning! |
