BEFORE scrolling down to use the booking system, PLEASE READ BELOW:
Due to time wasters in the past, we have been forced to put the following in place:
- NEW CLIENTS: A deposit of 50% the cost of your groom is REQUIRED to secure your 1st appointment. Dogs booked for just a bath service (no trimming) require payment in full to secure your 1st appointment. We will contact you to take your details for payment. This payment comes off of the cost of your groom and is non-refundable. If we cannot get in contact with you by phone within 24 hours to collect your deposit/payment for service, it then becomes your responsibility to contact us to secure your spot. If we do not hear from you your appointment may be lost. We can't be held responsible for your lost appointment.
- Whilst we understand that an emergency may arise, we appreciate 24 hours notice (during our OPENING HOURS) to cancel or change your appointment. This can be done wither by phone or email. Failure to give 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee (of up to 50% the cost of your groom) being applied to your next appointment.
- Failure to turn up without giving notice may result in refusal of future bookings, OR that you may have to pay for the appointment you missed IN FULL with a requirement that all future appointments be pre-paid in cash.
And on a lighter note......
- We do not accept cat or hand-stripping appointments via the online booking system.
- Although the appointments are available 'on the hour', please allow for approx 2 hours for us to complete your dog's groom.
- If you are booking multiple pets, you need to make a separate [consecutive] appointment for each pet.
